You’re probably aware Easy Mind Ltd was recently put into liquidation. 
The good news is that despite this, its business as usual for the Waikato/Coromandel and Manawatu/Poverty Bay/Hawkes Bay regions.

Kids at Home Ltd, a successful Te Awamutu-based at-home childcare provider, has purchased the Waikato/Coromandel business, which will trade as Easy Mind Waikato Ltd

Similarly, the Manawatu/Poverty Bay/Hawkes Bay region business was purchased by Scallywaggs SPROUTS. 

Both Kids at Home and Scallywaggs SPROUTS will continue to offer uninterrupted service to existing clients and are well-equipped to take on new enrolments, which are welcomed.
