Our homebased childcare service offers a point of difference we believe is very important - we recognise both parents working outside the home is often a necessity rather than a choice, so we strive to provide a service whereby our educators do in childcare what parents would be doing if they were at home.

Easy Mind Waikato believes in providing children with quality care that empowers them to become confident and capable learners. We focus on building supportive and reciprocal relationships between children, their parents/whanau, educators and Visiting Teachers.

We provide warm, nurturing, environments that are welcoming, safe, caring and supportive so children and their families develop a true sense of belonging. We believe in providing learning opportunities that are holistic, fun, educational and creative - opportunities that offer children choices. Individual abilities, interests and talents are recognised and stimulated both within the home and through utilising resources within the wider community.

All Easy Mind Waikato educators are trained to meet professional requirements and high standards.  Aside from these qualifications however, our team has something no practical training can provide: most of our educators are parents themselves.  Because of this, Easy Mind Waikato educators instinctively respond to the needs of children and their parents/whanau from their own personal experience.
