Qualifications

All Easy Mind Waikato Visiting Teachers are fully qualified Early Childhood teachers.

It is their job to support both parents and educators with the educational planning and resources necessary to provide care children with age-appropriate learning skills, as prescribed under the Early Childhood Curriculum
knownas Te Wháriki. 

Easy Mind Waikato Visiting Teachers visit educators in their homes on a regular basis to offer support, advice and resources.  They also conduct the necessary checks on premises, records etc to ensure the safety of children in care through Easy Mind Waikato. 

Aside from their regular, scheduled visits, Visiting Teachers are available by cellphone, e-mail and fax to answer any non-urgent queries.

Review process

The Education Review Office (ERO), an independent body, conducts regular audits of our Visiting Teachers, educators and organisation.
